Miss PoppyI am awaiting info on how many club members have registered under VFMC, but as of now, we only qualify for the smallest size tent. I received a communication from Carlisle stating that they expect this to be the largest Carlisle ever, even surpassing last year. We are told that there is no extra space on the Showfield and that we must keep everything within the confines of our tent, meaning chairs, people, tables, food and any other items. We are also told to always park in your assigned class. We cannot park vehicles near our tent as there are other classes of cars immediately adjacent to the tent as well as other club tents. I hope we will all abide by these rules. We are very fortunate that we are located in the same spot as we have been in years past. With our smaller sized group, they very well could have pushed us out into the hinterlands. So please let’s all be respectful and enjoy ourselves.
