Thread: Hello all.

    Hello all.

Hi, my name is Jim and anticipate joining this club.

Really don't know how to start this other than to say my first mustang owned is a 2006 ford mustang gt, satin silver coupe with black racing stripes from the front bumper to the rear bumper. Has borla axle back exhaust and the rest is stock.

My first car at 17 was almost a 69 mustang but the 73 challenger was in way better shape. I always liked the mustang but it wasn't until the 2005 came out that it really caught my eye and I decided the hell with it, I want one my wife approved and I got an 06 with 66k miles. The car is my favorite of all that I have owned in my 54 years on the planet. I have owned the black 77 trans am with the gold trim, which would be my 2nd favorite to date. I was a firebird guy since the 77 ta and have owned several in my life. Had a few camaros as well with a 1987 tpi 8cyl being my favorite of those.
Crazy but my last car I ever buy will most likely be a stang as this gt has ruined me in a good way.

Btw do you guys and gals ever meet up and all drive around together?

    Re: Hello all.

Hey, welcome, Jim. Loved reading your history and if you join the club, would love to put it in our newsletter. We have lots of events coming up, including our own show at Kimberton next Sunday. Following that, several of us will go to Carlisle where we have a tent for our group. In place of a June meeting, we have a cruise- in at our meeting place at the King of Prussia fire hall on June 8. Check out other parts of the website to find out more information or I'm sure Bob Parsons will direct you. Hope to see you soon.

    Re: Hello all.

Jim, welcome. I joined this Feb, so I am also very new to the club. So far I have been 3 club meetings, 2 club events (Car show & Cruise) but missed a couple due to my own personal schedule and the season is very young! I will be volunteering at our club car show this coming weekend, and also going to Carlisle 1st weekend of June, then attending the Cruise-in night June 8th and Beck's drive inn June 10th, hopefully going to TOP dead center June 24th, and the Mustang Barn show with the club July 1st. If you are looking to find a club that is active then look no further, you found it!

See the attached photo on Mustang day this year. The club got together and did a scenic drive.

    Hello all.

Love the enthusiasm of the new members! Jon's first post on this forum before he joined was edited and included in the "my Mustang" section of our April newsletter. Yours could be next, Jim!!
