PA:AMC12 Cruise Night
This cruise night will benefit Karly McKerns and will be sponsored by Hay Creek Snack Shack
Karly is a beautiful 8yr old little girl from Berks County. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy shortly after birth and has endured numerous hospital stays and countless Doctor visits as a result.
Karly cannot walk or talk and requires 24 hr care from her parents. She can, however, win you over with her bright smile and infectious laughter. Throughout her lifetime, she will require various pieces of medical equipment and therapies to aide in her daily care.
