User tagging

We installed a new tagging feature on the forum. You can now tag other users in a post, similar to Facebook and Twitter. Simply use the @USERNAME to tag another user in a post. You must spell the user name exactly right, including spaces for it to work.

The user will receive an email that they have been "Mentioned" in a post and given a link to it.
