In order for a club to qualify for a Carlisle tent for it's members to enjoy for the event, the club must have a minimum number of vehicles registered for the show-field. To qualify for the small (20x20) tent, we must have 25 registered under our name. As of this writing we are not even close, with 12 vehicles registered. We have been struggling the last several years to get enough to qualify for a tent, but managed to pay for a larger tent. If we don't get 25 this year we will be forced to pay for the small tent. Because we didn't make the 25 last year, we are left with no option to upgrade to a larger tent, even if we pay for it. Therefore, we will have the small tent this year. Maybe we will make the 25 this year, but it isn't looking good.

Get those registrations in and be sure to mark VFMC as your club. We will manage with a smaller tent but looking forward to having a little more room next year. This is probably one of the most fun events of the year, and gives us time to relax and enjoy after spending months planning for our car show. Don’t miss out on it!
